You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our site are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error, or error in pricing information from our suppliers, River Current Rigs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

When you place an order through our site, you are making an offer to purchase goods or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by River Current Rigs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. You warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card, or other payment method you use is your own, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the goods or services.

For custom rod building services, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products to valid addresses within Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and provided at checkout. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from River Current Rigs pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows for returns of unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within a specified period from the date of purchase. Custom-built rods or specially ordered items may be subject to different return policies or may not be eligible for returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that our fishing tackle and services are safe and effective, River Current Rigs is not responsible for injuries or damages that may result from the misuse of our products.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless River Current Rigs and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of our service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kingston, Ontario, for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
